Herbsprout is a leading health blog and podcast of Mobile Zinger LLC (dba, MZINGER; see http://mzinger.com) focused on our gut health. We share information about the health benefits of herbs, food, health innovations, and our gut microbiome.

Herbsprout seeks to bridge the gap dividing the mainstream medical community and alternative medicine; eastern (Asian) and western (U.S./ European) medicine.

We enjoy a particularly strong viewership among hundreds of thousands Japanese (supported by a Japanese language version), Asian Pacific and North American health enthusiasts.
